Support Mega Ran's latest Kickstarter project!

One of Neosonic Productions' extended family, Random aka Mega Ran, launched a new Kickstarter campaign a few weeks back in support of the upcoming 3-part album, comic book & video game (!!!) based on his latest solo effort Language Arts; Within days, Ran blew his initial goal out of the water and now is trying to achieve a bigger plateau of funding during the campaign's waning days. K-Murdock has featured production on the album, and will be helping with it's post production very SOON. Watch the video below to find out more about Language Arts and the Kickstater campaign behind this epic project!

Forever Famicom featured in video game music-themed Kickstarter campaign

Random aka Mega Ran & K-Murdock's 2010 collaborative album Forever Famicom is currently featured as part of one of the pledge packages in a Kickstarter project created by videogame music site Nubuwo.  The week-long campaign coincides with the launch of Nubuwo's website and subsequently aims to bring attention to the featured artists in the Kickstarter project!  Aside from Ran & K, backers can also receive full-length digital & physical albums from composers of popular games soundtracks such as: Final Fantasy XIII, Pixel Junk Side Scroller & Super Meat Boy to name a few! Stay-strong-japan

While K-Murdock is off supporting Japan as part of the "More B.A.R.K..." Tour, you can help us at Neosonic Productions support too via purchasing the release Smooth Talking: Twilight Edition, which K did in conjuncion with Japanese-based label River City Music Entertainment this past Spring.

The album, entirely produced by K, features NEW, exclusives tracks with emcees who have made a name for themselves in Japan like CYNE & Theory Hazit, as well as remixes for groups like Bop Alloy & the Jazz Addixx; There's even a few rare, soulful gems featuring international singers like Wayna Wondwosen & Anya Stewart that have never been available prior to this release.

Most importantly, portions of the sales from this project go to the Japanese Red Cross Society as donations for the disaster relief the country is STILL dealing with! Thank you...

Help K-Murdock & Random Help Japan!

For those that don't know the real missive behind the tour K-Murdock & Random will be taking part in next month, basically all the artists invovled are going to Japan to help reboot their struggling economy that has done so much for US artists- especially those invovled in the nerdcore scene like Ran & K, who are inspired by the video games & anime the country exports! In the coming days leading up to the trip, the fellas are aiming to raise $250 in order to help them with costs such as cabs, trains, etc. Any donation of $20 or more will even get you a souvenir- just let Ran & K know what you want and they'll try to find it; Click on the picture below to donate... thank YOU!
